Trustees approve minutes, treasurer's report and schedule next meeting for Oct. 15

Trustees approved routine administrative items at the Sept. 17 meeting. The board approved the minutes from Aug. 20, 2025 after noting two minor typos would be corrected; Trustee Bill Schuld moved the motion and Trustee Lori Moller seconded. Trustees also approved the Treasurer’s Report and payment of bills on a subsequent motion with the same mover and seconder; both motions were recorded as approved by all present.
The minutes note there were no guests and no public speaking during the meeting. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, at 6:01 p.m.
