The Central CUSD 4 board handled multiple personnel items on June 22. The board accepted resignations effective at the conclusion of the 2025–2026 school year for Mrs. Brittany Spoonemore (ELA, Central High School), Mrs. Heather Bernard (ELA and junior high boys track coach, Nash Middle School), and Mrs. Jennifer Harris (yearbook adviser, Nash Middle School). The board also approved an FMLA request for Mrs. Molly Clyden beginning on or about Aug. 14, 2026.
The board approved a slate of appointments effective for the 2026–2027 school year: Lisa Poole (Library Aide, CCLD), Stephanie VanDuyne (Administrative Assistant, Central High School guidance), Samantha Parker (Music Teacher, Chebanse Elementary), Rebecca Krusinski (6th grade ELA/5th grade Social Studies, Nash Middle School), Nikki Shifflet (CTE Department Chairperson), and Anthony Talamonti (Wrestling Head Coach, Central High School). The board also approved retirements for Mrs. Ruth Sharkey (paraprofessional, Nash Middle School) effective end of 2025–2026, and for Mrs. Eva McGill and Mrs. Tanya Bohac (Central High School teachers) effective at the conclusion of the 2028–2029 school year. Motions for these personnel actions were passed by the board without recorded dissent unless noted in the minutes.
