Florence board approves storefront signs for two Highway 49 businesses

Council approved signage permits for Peak Therapy at 2990 Hwy. 49 S and Outlaw Customs LLC at 2893 Hwy. 49 S after Community Development Director Joel Sims recommended both. Both motions passed unanimously.
The Florence mayor and board approved two commercial signage requests at their April 21 meeting following recommendations from Community Development Director Joel Sims.
Alderman Martin moved and Alderman Banks seconded approval of signage for Peak Therapy at 2990 Highway 49 South as presented by A‑Plus Signs; the motion passed unanimously. At the same meeting, Alderman Sistrunk moved and Alderman Banks seconded approval of signage for Outlaw Customs LLC at 2893 Highway 49 South as presented by Chris Jones; that motion was also adopted by a unanimous vote.
The board did not record conditions or fee amounts in the minutes. Both approvals were handled on the consent/work-session items and were presented to the board by Director Joel Sims.
