Superintendent Dr. Wise described a staged installation plan: classroom replacements to begin over the winter break, the Learning Center possibly during spring break, and halls and tile after HVAC replacement in the summer. The written proposal was included in the boardbook and Buildings and Grounds staff are assigned to execute the contract and provide status updates after execution.
The contract award was presented as part of action items; the board directed administrative follow-up for contract execution.
