The band Random AF is contracted at $1,300 and the Village will again handle security for the event. Dina Brandt agreed to research potential raffle items at local retailers and Judy Prisby will buy the gift cards. The discussion clarified who will manage on-site logistics and reaffirmed the established spending limits for giveaways and prizes.
