Council approves adding and entering executive session; adjourns meeting
Summary

The council unanimously approved a motion by Council President Keith Saks, seconded by Council Member Michelle Griffith, to add an agenda item for executive session under Idaho Code 74-206(1)(d) to discuss records exempt from public disclosure. A roll call vote was recorded as AYES: Saks, Griffith, Conard and DuFur; NAYS: none.
Later in the meeting Council President Saks moved, and Council Member Griffith seconded, to enter executive session pursuant to the same statute. The council entered executive session at 5:33 p.m., exited at 6:11 p.m., then approved a motion to adjourn at 6:12 p.m. All three formal motions were recorded with unanimous votes; no substantive actions from the executive session were announced in open session.
