Council Members Report Generator Tests; Parts Ordered for Sewer Lift Stations

Council Member Skip Taylor reported that he inspected, serviced and replaced parts on the town backup generator, including replacing propane hoses and installing a new battery. Taylor and Council Member Chris Mork tested backup generators at three sewer lift stations as part of routine operations.
Taylor said the generator at 300 N 150 W "connects and works properly." The 500 S Main Street lift station has damaged or missing insulators in the electrical connector and a replacement part has been ordered. The 1000 W Center Street lift station is three-phase; the generator there had a blown relay and two replacement relays were ordered for installation and retesting.
Skip Taylor described coordination with Rocky Mountain Power for park electrical service elsewhere on the agenda; the generator maintenance items were reported as routine actions with parts ordered for repair and plans for follow-up testing.
