Ladd Village Board convenes; appoints Nelson as president pro tem and approves routine minutes and bills

The Ladd Village Board convened Dec. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Ladd Village Hall. With Village President Frank Cattani absent, Trustee Bernie Victor moved and Trustee Molly Thrasher seconded to appoint Trustee Dan Nelson as Village President Pro Tem for the meeting; the motion carried unanimously.
The Board approved routine consent items. Trustees voted to approve the minutes of the Dec. 9, 2025 regular meeting; authorized payment of bills totaling $118,530.30 after a motion by Trustee Patrick Flanagan and second by Trustee Bernie Victor; and accepted the Treasurer's Report for November 2025 following a motion by Trustee Brad Nicholson. Each action passed unanimously. The session included standard roll call with five trustees present (Patrick Flanagan, Dan Nelson, Brad Nicholson, Molly Thrasher, Bernie Victor) and two absences (Trustee Jan Martin and President Frank Cattani).
