The Ladd Village Board unanimously adopted Ordinance 1200, a Return-To-Work Policy requested by IMLRMA during the village's insurance renewal process, after a motion from Trustee Patrick Flanagan and a second from Trustee Jan Martin.
Attorney Pat Barry reviewed the ordinance and explained it was requested by the village's insurance carrier as part of the renewal. The vote was recorded with all trustees and President Frank Cattani voting aye. No amendments or conditions to the ordinance were recorded at the meeting. The board took the action as part of the meeting's new business items.
