The council opened a public hearing on a rezoning request for 605 Pioneer Avenue (Commercial to Industrial). After public comment and a report that the Planning and Zoning Committee had voted against the change, Council Member Reed moved to deny the rezoning; Council Member Applegate seconded. "Motion by Reed to deny the rezoning of 605 Pioneer Avenue, second by Applegate. 3 ayes, motion carried." Finally, Council Member Applegate moved to adjourn; Council Member Reed seconded and the meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
