The Ladd Village Board authorized payment of bills totaling $115,031.54 on a unanimous vote at its Jan. 27 regular meeting. Trustee Dan Nelson moved the payment authorization and Trustee Molly Thrasher seconded the motion.
Separately, the Treasurer’s Report for December 2025 was reviewed and accepted on a unanimous vote after Trustee Patrick Flanagan moved acceptance and Trustee Brad Nicholson seconded. No additional budget adjustments were recorded in the minutes.
