The Town of Minerva Town Board on June 5 approved a $15,000 transfer from ROOST (account 69894.18) to Special Rec. Facilities CE-71802.05 to fund upgrades to the concession stand at Minerva Lake/Donnelly Beach. Councilman David LaBar moved the transfer and Councilman Douglas McCall seconded; the roll call vote was Aye — McNally, McCall, LaBar, and the motion carried 3-0.
The board also approved payments to materials vendors and a roofing pre-payment tied to that work. The board authorized payments of $3,903.46 to Curtis Lumber and $4,265.94 to Ward Lumber (charged to Special Rec. Facilities - 71802.05) and approved a $4,400 pre-payment to Daryl Prosser for roofing on the concession stand. Those actions were passed by the same 3-0 roll-call tally. The motions were recorded as Motion #161 (budget transfer), Motion #163 (materials payments) and Motion #165 (roofing pre-payment).
