Millerton board accepts Planning Board chair resignation, appoints Patti Lynch VanDeBogart; promotes Spencer Parks

Separately, following an executive session on personnel matters, Trustee Lisa Hermann moved and Trustee David Sherman seconded a motion to promote Spencer Parks from probationary to permanent employee at the agreed-upon rate. Mayor Jenn Najdek abstained from the promotion vote and the remaining four present members voted to approve the promotion.
