The board’s clerk reported Oct. 28 that the Village Attorney mailed notice to property owner Janelle Phillips about a draft resolution rescinding temporary approval for a mobile home at 1319 Marion to be used as permanent housing. The clerk said the resolution will be read at the Nov. 13 Special Meeting and that Phillips has the right to appear and speak in opposition.
The item remains scheduled for the Nov. 13 meeting; the board did not take final action Oct. 28. Trustees and the clerk noted Ms. Phillips may appear at that special meeting to address the board before any action is taken.
