The board applied the seven §160-17.3 special-permit criteria — architectural harmony, comprehensive-plan consistency, public welfare, placement, adequacy of number and visibility — and judged the proposal met those standards.
Chairman Dan DeLucia made a motion to approve the sign and Member John Jarmacz seconded; all members voted in favor and the motion carried. Code Enforcement will proceed to issue the permit under village procedures.
