Trustee J. Robert (Bobby) Schepp moved to approve EPS’s proposal to replace the N. Main Street sidewalk from Adams Street to the driveway entrance before the NYSDOT bridge under a county contract at a cost of $55,396.00. Trustee John M. Abbott seconded the motion and the board voted in favor.
To fund the project, the trustees approved a budget amendment transferring $55,396.00 from A5110.40 (Street Maintenance) to A5410.40 (Sidewalks).
