The Centertown Board of Trustees voted Oct. 28 to select a light-blue color for a planned scrap-tire overlay on the village walking trail. Board records note the contractor sent color swatches and that work cannot begin until Nov. 1.
Chairman Pro Tem Heather Hunger made the motion to 'select light blue for the walking trail,' and Trustee Paula Hinshaw seconded; the motion passed on a voice vote. The choice sets a design parameter for the contractor ahead of the November start date.
