A range of routine appointments, event permits and utility/contract items were handled on the consent agenda July 15. Commissioners concurred and placed on file the reappointments of Alex Subreyen and Paula Ruark to the TBID Board, the appointment of Jeanette Nedbalek to the Behavioral Health Local Advisory Council, and appointments to the Insurance Committee. The council also placed on file requests to reserve the Original Mine Yard for An Ri Ra Montana Irish Festival (Aug. 14–16) and to host a Halloween Carnival on Oct. 3 (4 p.m.–10 p.m.) with specified road-closure requests.
Administrative service agreements were also authorized for execution by the Chief Executive — including a request from Fire Chief Zach Osborn to have the executive sign an agreement with TDS for internet and telephone services, and a Bridgercare agreement to provide Title X project services for up to 425 clients annually. All consent communications were recorded as "Concur and Place on File."
