Board holds select 2023 executive-session minutes closed after brief executive session

After reconvening to open session, President Schroeder moved that the Committee acknowledge that the 2023 executive-session minutes from specified committees and dates be held closed because the need for confidentiality still exists in whole or in part, and instructed the Village Clerk to prepare a resolution to hold said minutes closed.
