Monroe County approves SEQR findings and intermunicipal agreements for multiple sidewalk projects

Legislators presented and recorded SEQR classifications of significance for several sidewalk-extension projects and authorized intermunicipal agreements with affected municipalities. Items included a West Avenue sidewalk extension in the Village of Brockport, Mile Square Road in the Town of Mendon, and several streets in the Town of Brighton among others; committee votes are recorded in the minutes prior to legislative consideration.
Where applicable, resolutions also authorized appropriations from committed fund balance and interfund transfers to cover the county share of costs, and those transfers were included in the materials noted in committee reports. The items were placed on the consent calendar after committee recommendations.
