"It was moved by Member Driscoll, seconded by Member Antonopoulos, that the Board of Education move to appoint Sarah Pocic as a new Board Member to fill the vacancy of Renee Koehler," the minutes record; the President declared the motion duly carried and Pocic took the Oath of Office.
The Board also passed a companion resolution (Action Consideration #25-32) to formalize the appointment. Pocic's oath and seating were recorded in the minutes before the Board recessed into a previously scheduled closed session later that evening.
