The Town Board designated Community Bank, N.A. and the New York Cooperative Liquid Assets Securities System (NYCLASS) as town depositories and authorized the Supervisor, Bookkeeper/Investment Manager and Town Clerk to have signing authority on accounts to manage deposits and investments (Res. #8). The resolution cites General Municipal Law as authority for the designation.
