Legislature authorizes contract with Goldberg Segalla LLP to handle county ethics complaints
Summary
Franklin County authorized the County Manager, subject to County Attorney review, to enter into a contract with Goldberg Segalla LLP to provide representation and services examining and responding to county ethics complaints.
Resolution No. 174 authorized the County Manager, upon review and approval of the County Attorney, to enter into a contract with Goldberg Segalla LLP to provide legal representation in reviewing, researching and responding to Franklin County ethics complaints. The authorization was offered by the Administrative Committee.
Legislator Lauzon moved the resolution and Legislator Lockwood seconded. All members present voted in the affirmative and the resolution was adopted. The resolution directs the County Manager to finalize contract terms consistent with County Attorney review.
