Board President Nellie R. Halloran convened the Minerva Central School District Board of Education on Aug. 21, 2025. The motion also approved the district-wide School Safety Plan, building-level Emergency Response Plans and the 2025–2026 Student–Parent Handbook. The composite approval was recorded as a single motion covering items a–e and g–q; no separate roll-call vote details were entered beyond the recorded result of "Carried 4-0."
