Board approves septic field for Townline Road property; tie‑in to sewer required if failed

The board approved Resolution 25‑110 approving the septic field for the Townline Road property. President Steve Buss said there is currently no sewer connection to the parcel and that, should the septic system fail in the future, the property owner would be required to tie into the Village sewer system.
The motion to adopt Resolution 25‑110 passed unanimously (motion by Brian Peight, second by Christin Keeffer). Trustees recorded that ownership of the land remains with the property owner after demolition in other contexts, but liens may be placed against the lot if the Village completes demolition under the blight process.
