The Town Board on April 8 consented to the dedication of Silver Moon Lane as a Town Highway under Highway Law §171, authorizing the Superintendent of Highways to file and record an order dedicating the road in the Town Clerk’s office.
Minutes state the board found the lane is at least three rods in width with a marked right-of-way and recorded warranty deeds from parcels fronting the road. Councilman Adam Deuyour moved for adoption and Councilman Frank Snyder seconded; the vote was recorded as Ayes 4-0.
