The Town of Moira on April 8 unanimously awarded the Moira Sand Salt Building – Contract No. 1 – General Construction to Hybrid Building Solutions, LLC for $396,684.00, accepting the recommendation from consulting engineers Laberge Engineering & Consulting Group.
Councilman Adam Deuyour moved to adopt Resolution #83-2025; Councilman Frank Snyder seconded. The motion passed by roll-call vote with Supervisor Chad Niles, Councilmen Snyder, Deuyour and Justin Robinson recorded as voting in the affirmative (Ayes 4-0). Laberge Engineering had analyzed the bids and recommended acceptance of Hybrid Building Solutions’ proposal as the winning bid.
