Council adopts Engineering Task Order Standards & will revise Outside City Limits utility agreement

Councilmember Joyce Gvesrude moved and Councilmember Sabrina Weber seconded adoption of the 'Administrative Policy Directive: Engineering Task Order Standards & Processing.' The motion carried and a copy of the directive was given to Nathan Feist; task order and billing details were discussed with staff and attendees.
Separately, Matt Laveau reviewed the Outside City Limits Industrial Water and Sewer Services Agreement; the council discussed changes and clarifications and directed that the agreement be updated and reconsidered. The council also directed that Task Order #8 (Funding Application/Administration) be revised and reintroduced in August for further action.
