The Water Operator informed the council that the city—s application for a new pump at Well #1 was denied and that the owner of the mobile home park hired John Mikrot to jet the south sewer line. The operator was asked to obtain quotes and information on a new fluoride tank and paint options for painting water lines in the wellhouses per Minnesota Department of Health recommendations.
No dollar figures or timelines for ordering or installation were provided in the minutes. The council did not take a formal vote at this time but asked staff to return with quotes and further options for addressing the Well #1 pump denial and related wellhouse maintenance.
