During its July 16 meeting the Jacksonville School District #117 board approved a broad consent agenda covering operations and routine business items.
Items accepted included the treasurer's report and previous minutes; authorization to pay Application for Payment No. 2 to Designed Roofing Systems for the Jacksonville High School roof replacement; acceptance of food and supplies bids for FY26; and approval of FFA trips to the national convention in Indiana and to the Build Conference at Illinois State University. The board also approved the Early Years handbook and several transfers of expenses between funds (including moving some Transportation and O&M expenses to the Education Fund as presented).
Board members voted unanimously to approve the consent agenda. These approvals were recorded without separate roll‑call votes on each item, as presented under the single consent motion.
