Board recognizes spring athletes from JMS and JHS

During the recognition portion of the June 25 board meeting coaches from Jacksonville Middle School and Jacksonville High School introduced and praised student-athletes for their spring seasons.
Coach Clinton introduced JMS boys track athletes including Carlito Mitchell, Jez Harper, Owen Haverfield and Donovan Meeks. Coach Mehaffey introduced JMS girls track athletes and named multiple participants; Coach Thrasher introduced JHS boys track athletes Wyatt Moore, Daren Henry and Ryan McCombs; Coach Moy introduced JHS tennis players Bennett Karr, Colin Knollhoff and Cole Nebel. The board set aside recognition time but no formal action was required.
