Commissioners approve replat of County Line Estates lot to resolve foreclosure issue

The Burnet County Commissioners Court approved a replat to divide Lot 12, Block 2, County Line Estates into lots 12A and 12B to resolve a foreclosure-related title issue. Herb Darling, the county's Development Services Director, introduced the replat and explained it was intended to remedy the foreclosure complication.
"Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 3 Chad Collier, Seconded By Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle to approve a replat of lot 12, Block 2, County Line Estates, to be known as lots 12A and 12B, Block 2, County Line Estates, to remedy a foreclosure issue," the motion record shows; the court approved the replat unanimously, 5–0. The court took no additional conditions at the time of approval.
