"There are 2 items on the legal report, the recommendation for number 1 being a letter of instruction regarding unprofessional conduct, and for item number 2, the recommendation being closure," Underhill said, then invited questions. Judge Jason Hudson moved to accept the report and Judge Teresa Nelson seconded; the council approved the recommendation by roll-call vote with all present members recorded as voting "aye."
