Commissioners praised the building’s updated appearance and welcomed the sidewalk but expressed concern about the number and placement of customer parking spaces and about fire‑truck turning radii; staff confirmed the fire department reviewed the plans. The commission approved the plan with the recommended conditions and directed staff to ensure signage and parking design are enforced on the final site plan.
