Building inspector, code enforcer move toward appearance ticket after Genesee St. violation notice

The board agreed Nevone may move forward after the required 30‑day period (Feb. 20, 2025) from the Violation Notice with issuance of an appearance ticket if there is no compliance or contact. The board did not record any further enforcement vote at the meeting; Nevone and Carroll will follow up per the timeline in the notices.
