Member Nena Cox moved the funding-resolution motion, seconded by Member Brittany Webb; Member Debbie Lowman moved approval of the Keach service order, seconded by Member Peter Bacon. Both motions were recorded as passing on roll call votes. Dr. Matt Gordon said the district expects the rooftop work to proceed once funding and the architectural scope are finalized.
The board treated the item as a facilities priority and paired the funding intent resolution with authorization for professional services to advance design and procurement.
