The Wessington Springs City Council convened a special session at 12:00 P.M. on June 29, 2026, at the Office of Finance Officer with Mayor Ryan Knipfer presiding. The minutes list Pat Fastnacht, Cherie Maxwell, Scott Vaske and Shawn Tobin as present; Councilman Kari Fagerhaug and Layton Schimke were absent.
