Board approves consent agenda including personnel appointments and stipends

The North Shore SD 112 Board approved a multi-item consent agenda that encompassed minutes from prior meetings, personnel recommendations, financial items and the destruction of specified closed-session recordings.
Personnel actions on the consent agenda included appointments of Sana Khan (paraprofessional at Ravinia, effective Oct. 27), Katerina Schmidt (paraprofessional at Edgewood, effective Nov. 6) and Eric Mieller (paraprofessional at Edgewood, effective Nov. 20). The board also accepted the resignation of Kathleen Parker (executive assistant) effective Oct. 31 and approved multiple extra-duty stipends for staff across schools. Mr. Lasko moved to approve the consent agenda and Ms. Butler seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous.
