The committee said the newsletter should be a "one stop shop" with all information in one place rather than multiple emails and that it must be easy to read on a phone, with fewer pictures and divider lines between articles.
The committee agreed to take a second look at a revised Eagle Weekly at its next scheduled meeting. The discussion included specific formatting preferences and a request that staff present a draft that balances concise text for mobile readers with clear navigation for parents and staff.
