Board approves consent agenda, personnel recommendations and travel expense forms

The North Shore SD 112 Board approved its consent agenda at the Oct. 21 meeting, which included September 16 regular meeting minutes, personnel recommendations (see attached personnel report), the bill list, and the treasurer’s report for September 2025. The board also approved destruction of closed session recordings from April 9 and April 16, 2024. The consent agenda motion passed by roll‑call vote (AYES: Butler, Fink, Fishman, Hirsh, Itkin, Kessler, Lasko).
Separately, the board approved estimated expense forms in advance for all seven board members to attend the Illinois Joint Annual Conference Nov. 21–23, 2025, consistent with Board Policy 2:125; members may later submit receipts for reimbursement. These routine approvals were passed without discussion by roll‑call vote.
