Auditors give North Shore SD 112 a clean FY25 audit

Following the presentation, Board Secretary Jenny Butler moved to approve the FY25 audit and Mr. Lasko seconded. The motion passed by unanimous roll-call vote. The clean audit affirms the district's financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, per the independent audit report presented to the Board.
Board members did not record dissent; the approval enables the district to proceed with required filings and routine financial reporting.
