At its April 29, 2025 special meeting, the Moriah Central School Board cast its allotted votes for five candidates seeking seats on the Clinton-Essex-Warren-Washington Board of Cooperative Educational Services (Champlain Valley Educational Services) board. The board recorded one vote each for Bob Bourgeois, Emily Phillips, Lori Saunders, Michael St. Pierre and Eddie Webbinaro; each motion passed with a recorded vote of 4 Yes, 0 No.
The minutes show the motions to cast votes for the candidates were made by Mr. Winters and seconded by Mr. Malbon. After completing the voting, Mrs. Kazlo moved and Mr. Winters seconded a motion to adjourn; the minutes record "All in favor. Motion carried." The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 AM and the minutes were signed by District Clerk Stacey Stahl.
