Moriah board approves January financial and operational reports

Mrs. Kazlo moved and Mrs. Gilbo seconded approval of the January Treasurer’s Report as submitted by Mrs. Mildon; the motion carried with all in favor. The board also approved the January Cafeteria Report and the January Payroll Reconciliation Report on motions led by Mr. Harlow; both motions passed unanimously. The board voted to approve budget transfers after a motion by Mr. Winters and a second from Mrs. Kazlo. The minutes record the actions as routine approvals with no recorded dissent.
The approvals keep district financial reporting current ahead of March deadlines. District staff had listed appropriation and revenue status detail reports, appropriation account transaction reports and enrollment updates on the agenda but the minutes record no extended discussion or questions from board members.
