Resolutions approved included funding for AccuFund accounting services, hiring Affordable Technical Solutions for IT support, contracting Building Environmental Service Technicians to install a ventilation system at the Morehouse Historical Museum, hiring Hometown Tree Services to remove a hazardous tree at Spruce Hill Cemetery for $1,700, purchasing $600 worth of fish for the annual fishing derby, and renewing the town's property and casualty insurance through NYMIR.
Supervisor Anthony Fernandez and board members handled the items by motion and voice vote; the meeting record shows motions were seconded and carried with no nays. On the museum project, Supervisor Fernandez also said he would like to buy a dehumidifier to help control dampness in the building: "Supervisor Fernandez stated he would like to buy a dehumidifier for the Historical Museum, to help keep the dampness out of the building." The board set a public hearing date for Local Law #1 separately and continued other business without further public input.
