Morehouse board OKs one-year interlocal drug and alcohol testing agreement with BOCES

The Morehouse Town Board approved an interlocal agreement with Jefferson-Lewis-Hamilton-Herkimer-Oneida BOCES to provide a drug and alcohol testing program for the town. Resolution 25-4-3 authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign a one-year agreement effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, renewable by written agreement for successive one-year terms.
Mary Ann Mosher introduced the resolution and William Uebele seconded it; the motion carried with recorded ayes. The agreement continues an existing arrangement for workplace testing services; the resolution notes it may be renewed at a mutually agreed upon rate for successive terms.
Town officials recorded the vote in the minutes and the signed resolution will be retained by the town clerk.
