Supervisor Anthony Fernandez told the board Feb. 11 that FEMA is updating flood mapping for the area and will host a series of Zoom meetings. He said he and Town Clerk Stephanie Tichenor plan to attend and requested someone with knowledge of past floods to help; William Uebele agreed to participate and provide feedback.
The first meeting was scheduled for Feb. 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.; Fernandez encouraged residents with historical knowledge of flooding to contact the town to assist in the mapping discussions.
