The motion to enter closed session was moved by Dr. Eric Isenberg and seconded by Mrs. Beth Vlerick; roll call recorded seven ayes and no nays.
The Board returned to open session at approximately 11:41 p.m. and then approved the Personnel Report on a motion by Mr. Joseph Cortese, seconded by Mrs. Vlerick; roll call was recorded as seven ayes and no nays. The meeting adjourned at approximately 11:42 p.m.
