Jessie, speaking for the Spring Creek Association, said the association plans to start a chip-sealing program and is finishing prep work on about 30 miles of roads. "We're about to start our chip sealing project. So we're finishing all the 30 miles of roads, prepping them with all the weeds, and making sure they're ready to get that chip seal over them," Jessie said, and added that the association posts the list of roads on its website.
Commissioner Delmo asked whether the county's micro-surfacing work could be reported in coordination with Spring Creek's schedule. Jessie responded that she would provide the schedule after the preconstruction meeting so the association's board and local officials could be informed. The update was informational and no action was requested.
