Committee minutes state "The unanimous consensus was that all staff are tracking student growth throughout the year regardless of whether or not it is included in the evaluation process." The updated evaluation tool will be sent to staff before the first day of student attendance for the 2025-2026 school year. The committee framed the change as an administrative adjustment tied to implementation time and workload rather than a shift in instructional expectations, noting tracking will continue informally.
