The Prospect Heights School District 23 Board of Education convened a special strategic planning workshop on June 12, 2025, in the Anne Sullivan Library. Board President Becky McClaney called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.; the minutes show invited guests from the PTO, PHEA and the D23 leadership team took part in the session.
The workshop began with an inclusion activity and moved into structured brainstorming on needs to address while the group discussed goals, objectives, strategies and key performance indicators for the district. According to the meeting minutes, participants also spent time on "what's next" for the upcoming school year, identifying priorities the board and staff will carry forward into planning and implementation; specific assignments, deadlines and funding sources were not specified in the minutes.
